If for any reason customers are not satisfied with the order, the items can be returned for exchange of colors / colors, credit in the store or refund within 14 days from the date of delivery of the order.

To request a refund, go to MY AREA and log in to your account or enter your email and order number. Then select the return items and the desired return type. Once completed, FASHIONPULSE.EU will send a confirmation email with a return authorization number (RAN), a delivery label, and return instructions.
The return shipment is FREE when sent by courier, provides FASHIONPULSE.EU.
If the return package is sent by a different courier than provided, all subsequent costs will be the responsibility of the Customer.
Returns must be sent within 28 days from the date of delivery of the order.
Types of returns
Size / color exchange items can only be exchanged when a different size or different color of the same item code is available. The new item will meet the return conditions through the same return procedure.
As soon as the return is processed, the Customer will receive a code for the total value of the returned items, which can be used for future purchases. The original delivery costs incurred will be included in the loan amount in the store only if all elements of the order are returned.

The security label must still be intact and attached to the returned items. The elements must not be worn, washed or altered in any way and must not show any signs of use. The soles of the shoes must be in perfect condition and not marked in any way.
Items must be returned with all original labels and tags that are still attached, packaging and other accessories (dust bags, hangers, clothing cases, etc.) received with the order.
Shoes and other accessories must be returned with their original boxes, which must not be damaged and / or altered or used as an external package for the shipment.
Swimsuits (bikini bottoms, swimming shorts or briefs) and intimate clothing (briefs, boxers) should be tried on underwear. Items that have any signs of use or wear will not be accepted and will be returned to the Customer.
Items from the HOME area must be returned in perfect condition, without any damage, scratches or dents. If an item from the Home area is shipped damaged, please contact us for return instructions.
Items must be returned in their original packaging with all original accessories, components and instructions. In addition, they must be packed in the same appropriate way in which they were obtained.
If you are buying a large quantity of the same item, such as tiles or wallpaper, we suggest contacting our customer service department directly and they will send a sample to help you decide on the correct quantity to be purchased.
Phones and other electronic devices cannot be returned or replaced if they are open.
Returns must be sent to the FASHIONPULSE.EU box, sealed with self-adhesive tape on top. If our box is unusable or missing, another box suitable for sending the item (s) may be used.
In case of defective or incorrect goods, we invite customers to contact email@example.com FASHIONPULSE.EU immediately. reserves the right to request photographic support for defective or defective goods before allowing a refund for full refund of shipping and import fees.

In case the return shipment requires collection or payment of additional fees, FASHIONPULSE.EU reserves the right to refuse returns sent by a different courier than specified in the confirmation email.

For each item to which the withdrawal exception applies, Fashion Puls provides an indication to the user directly on the item page. At its discretion, FASHIONPULSE.EU has the right to accept the request for withdrawal even for goods that are excluded from the law, if it considers that the reasons are appropriate and justified.
